Our Mission

1T3 Ministry is insprired by scripture : 1st Timothy chapter 3, where Paul talks about how leaders and overseers in the church should be conducting themselves.  In verses 4-5 Paul also mentions, "He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive, for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church?"

Since being born again in October 2016, the Lord has taught my family and I the value of family being our first ministry.  From such a lost family to now a family -  found by the love of God, we know that it is only the power of transformation - through the Holy Spirit, that brings amazing unity, growth, and freedom in our family as a whole, and individually.  We also know it takes surrender to the will of God, humility, and being intentional in our intimacy with God and relationship with each other to grow.

We believe that this is the same way discipleship should work in churches, minstries, as well with all of our brothers and sisters in Christ!  In Matthew 12:25 Jesus says, "Every kingdom divded against itself is laid waste, and no city or house divided against itself will stand."  We have so many churches divided - without unity, it's no wonder why we can't win cities for Christ!  The Lord showed us that if we want to see churches operate more in unity, we must start in the homes - with families.  And if we want to see revival that sustains, revival must start in the families.  With a household in order we carry such a greater authority as leaders in the church to win back cities, regions and nations for Christ!

Outreach

1T3 Ministry believes that every disciple of Jesus should have a part in leading people to christ.  Romans 10:14 Paul  says, "How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed?  And how are they to believe in him whom they have never heard?  And how are they to hear without a someone preaching?"

With Evangelism being a lifestyle, we are not only just willing to talk with people, but we are willing to walk with people.  So the goal is not to just sow a seed, but the intention is to reap a harvest being led by the Spirit cause it is only the Holy Spirit that can draw people in to the Father.  Once we meet those who choose to follow Jesus, we invite them to our home group called "Breaking Bread" where we will begin to disciple them.

Discipleship

Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus says, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.  And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

We have seen tremendous fruit in disciple making, by creating a family culture environment for those around us.  The best way we can teach others to observe all that Jesus has commanded us, is to walk it out in front of them.  The only way to do this, is to embrace them as family.  This is not the easiest thing to do, as things can get really messy - just like any relationship.  But one of the fruit of the Spirit is patience/longsuferring.  We are to carry each other's burdens in the same way Jesus and all the disciples did over 2000 years ago in order for the gospel to be spread around the world.

We are in such a need in these days for a mighty move of discipleship!  We have seen a huge move of deliverance surfacing again when covid came around in 2020, but now in 2025 we are needing a move of true discipleship.  And this can only begin in the homes as families model it.  Then the church can model it, and we can freely give it away to the world - making disciples of all nations!
